Spindox S.p.A. is specialized in IT service provision. The Group's activity is organized around 5 business lines:
- IT service provision: systems integration and maintenance, design and development of IT products and software solutions, application maintenance, operational assistance, management of hardware and software infrastructure etc.;
- consulting services: consulting for business growth (strategy design, experiment design, product and service design, marketing and communications, digital culture etc.) and IT (in the areas of project management, analytics, cybersecurity, compliance, security, data protection and privacy etc.);
- network services: for telecommunications operators;
- design and development of technological products: particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and 3D modeling;
- development of cybersecurity solutions and services.
Net sales break down by market between automotive (22.3%), telecommunications (18.1%), banking and insurance (15.2%), distribution (10.5%), transport and logistics (5.2%), manufacturing (3.9%), pharmaceuticals (3.9%), utilities (3.5%), government administration (3.4%), consumer products (3.1%), media (2.2%), professional services (0.6%), education (0.5%) and other (7.6%).
At the end of 2024, the group had 10 offices in Italy.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (94%), European Union (1.9%) and other (4.1%).
