CHL S.p.A. is an Italian holding company that owns Terra controlled with 98.92%. It is an industrial group which operates in the field of services applied to national and international telecommunications and in the field of services in support of the exchange of online goods, logistics, transport and the electronic commerce, also through its participated companies, BCM, Nexta and Cheel. BCM deals with logistics, transport and shipments on both national and international levels. Nexta deals with the wholesale side of international telephone traffic. Cheel is a company which develops and manufactures software and applications for mobile devices.
