Ambromobiliare was chartered in 2005 and operates as a Financial Advisor focused on Small and Medium Enterprises in the following areas: - Structured Finance, - M&A, - Capital Markets. Furthermore Ambromobiliare has activated a Research Department which periodically issues reports about the Italian capital market from both financial and legal point of view, freely downloadble from Ambromobiliare's website. Moreover Ambromobiliare is a listed company at Euronext Growth Milan and is well known for the long-lasting experience of its partners, and for its independence from banks and institutional investors

 

What we do

Ambromobiliare is active in the following areas: - Strctured Finance (project financing, acquistion financing, turn-aorund, etc), - M&A and corporate finance advisory finanza (assistance in acquisitions, investments and divestitures), - Capital Market (IPO advisory for going public at Euronext Growth Milan and Euronext Milan - segment Euronext STAR Milan -, consulting for new issuances in the secondary market, assistance in bond issues, etc.).  In particular Ambromobiliare is always near to Italian SMEs for IPO process, both as a Financial Advisor and as an institutional investor through 4aim SICAF S.p.A., a strategic participation for which Ambromobiliare is also the exclusive advisor
