What we do

UniCredit is leader in the Equity Capital Market thanks to a proven track record in Initial Public Offerings ("IPO"), Capital Increases, Accelerated Bookbuildings ("ABB"), Convertible Bonds and Tender Offers. In the last 10 years in Italy we have successfully brought to the market 22 new companies (coordinating almost 50% of the IPOs on the MTA segment) and bookrunned 24 rights issue, while in 2020 alone we successfully completed 43 deals in Europe thanks to an highly specialized team composed by 28 professionals located in Milan, Munich and London.
