What we do

UBS Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Advisory teams provide corporate finance advisory, distribution and underwriting services supporting its clients in IPOs and extraordinary transactions. The teams provide tailor-made advice on the basis of client's needs, and leverage on the wide network of sector, country and product expertise, distribution and research capabilities within the broader UBS group.
