What we do

BNP Paribas is a European leader in the equity capital market. We have a team of c. 30 professionals located in Milan, London, Paris and Frankfurt. We advise and assist companies throughout Europe in accessing the capital markets as well as getting listed on the stock exchange (Initial Public Offering - IPO). In Italy, we also have a proven track record as international bank acting as Responsabile del Collocamento for the retail offer and Sponsor towards Borsa Italiana. In 2020 we were named investment bank of the year for IPO by "The Banker" magazine having led several transactions including the largest IPO of the year in Europe. We are also European leader in Capital Increases, Accelerated Bookbuildings (ABB) and Convertible Bonds.
BNP Paribas has raised over € 40 billion of equity for clients in Europe in 2020, generating over € 100 billion of investor demand around the globe.
