Who we are
Banca Akros is the Corporate & Investment Bank of the Banco BPM Group. Serving as a reference point for Mid-Corporate customers and Financial Institutions, Banca Akros offers transparent products and excellent financial services, with the aim of satisfying the various needs of its customers in terms of access to capital markets, management of financial risks, growth, transformation and international business planning.
What we do
The Investment Banking Division's mission is to study, propose and structure extraordinary finance operations together with domestic and international partners.
In particular, the ECM department can help clients structure and execute:
- Public transactions (IPOs, Rights Issues, issuance of convertible and/or cum warrant bonds, placement sponsorship);
- Equity private placements (Accelerated bookbuilding, Bought deals);
- Bids on securities markets (takeover bids, swap bids, mixed bids for acquisitions and swap).
The ECM team has successfully closed over 35 IPOs and has a deep experience in the various stages of the listing process acting as Sponsor, Global Coordinator, Bookrunner. Banca Akros also has the Euronext Growth Advisor qualification in order to operate on Euronext Growth Milan.
