IVS Group S.A. is the Italian leader and European No. 2 in the operation of vending machines for hot and cold drinks, snacks and confectionery. In addition, the group is developing coin collection and management activities and the operation of electronic payment terminals. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- management and operation of vending machines (76.1%): management, at the end of 2023, of 281,378 vending machines (of which 110,035 coffee vending machines) installed in company offices and in public establishments and places. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (82.1%), France (9%), Spain (6.7%) and Europe (2.1%);
- resale of vending machines and related equipment (17.4%);
- coin management and electronic payment services (4%);
- sale of coffee, food products and vending machines to hotels, restaurants and cafés (2.8%).
