Sesa SpA is a holding company with presence on the whole Italian territory and foreign countries that represents the reference player in Italy in technological innovation and digital services for the business segment. Sesa SpA has the mission of offering technological solutions, digital services and business applications to support the digital transformation and innovation towards sustainability of Enterprises and Organizations. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- Value Added Solutions (59.2%): distribution of technological innovation solutions (servers, operating systems, storage hardware, network systems, application and enterprise software, etc.) for system integrators and resellers of IT products and solutions;
- Software and System Integration (24.6%): integration of enterprise technology solutions, ERP solutions, management software packages, digital transformation solutions, IT security solutions, etc. The group also offers consulting, maintenance, technical support and cloud computing services;
- Green Value Added Solutions (11.2%): development of solutions for renewable energy production, energy efficiency, and environmental impact reduction;
- Business Services (4.1%): provision of security solutions, digital platform and vertical banking application for the Financial Services segment;
- other (0.9%).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (97.2%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (2.7%) and South America (0.1%).
