Borsa Italiana has been founded after the privatisation of the exchange and has been operational since 1998. It is responsible for the organization and functioning of the Italian financial markets.
From 29th April 2021, Borsa Italiana is part of Euronext Group. The main goal of Borsa Italiana is the continuous growth of the market, alongside systematic improvement of transparency, efficiency and adaptability with respect to innovation.
