Selling prevails in Piazza Affari and the other European markets

News Image (Teleborsa) - Indices in Milan and the other major European bourses all trade negative.

EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only +0.02%. Gold is trading at previous levels, with a variation of +0.12%. Oil prices see no significant change, with the Light Sweet Crude Oil settling at 82.36 dollars per barrel, near the previous session's level.

The Spread remains unchanged at +140 basis points, while the Italy ten-year BTP is at +3.84%.

Among the European markets, Frankfurt drifts -0.64% lower, London totters along with a modest -0.54% decline, and a sluggish day for Paris, which drops -0.28%.

In Milan, the FTSE MIB is below the flatline as it slips -0.34% to 33,765 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is trading just below the previous session's levels, at 35,871 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap spirals down (-0.72%), as the FTSE Italia Star declines -0.81%.

Terna (+1.38%), Enel (+1.07%), DiaSorin (+0.92%) and A2A (+0.76%) among the top performers in Milan.

Saipem sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -3.06% lower.

Investors hurry to sell as Nexi declines -1.98%.

Tenaris plunges -1.79% on intense selling.

Iveco trades with a small loss of -1.39%.

MFE A (+1.48%), Digital Value (+1.15%), OVS (+1.12%) and Comer Industries (+0.90%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

Carel Industries sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.69% lower.

Investors are selling as Pharmanutra records a -2.45% fall.

Reply shows a negative session -1.7% down.

Troubled Tamburi falls -1.7%.
