European markets positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - Europe's major markets are in positive territory. Piazza Affari also trades on a bullish note. In the United States, the S&P-500 lacks direction.

EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.077. Gold trades up, advancing to 2,365.4 dollars per ounce. A gloomy day for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is trading at 78.79 dollars per barrel, down -0.59%.

The Spread retreats to +129 basis points, a decline of 3 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.8%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt edges higher, showing an increase of 0.47%, a positive result for London, which inches up +0.63%, and Paris is essentially healthy, gaining +0.38%.

In Piazza Affari, the FTSE MIB ends the day +0.93% up at 34,657 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, finishing +0.8% up over the previous close.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap eases -0.47%; the FTSE Italia Star posts marginal gains (+0.65%).

Among Italy's best performing large-caps, DiaSorin progresses +5.59% in an optimal session.

Enel performs well, growing +3.8%.

Leonardo secures a tidy +2.99% gain.

Pirelli & C rises +2.74% on positive cues.

Brunello Cucinelli has the worst performance, closing -0.94% down.

Campari falls just below its previous value.

Ferrari is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.85%).

Carel Industries (+4.96%), Buzzi (+4.34%), Banca Generali (+2.94%) and De'Longhi (+2.01%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

BFF Bank sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -26.28% lower.

A dramatic session for Brembo, which suffers a -5.34% collapse.

Acea is down, with a net loss of 2.05%.

Digital Value is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.01%.
