European markets positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - Europe's major markets finish with a rally. Piazza Affari also closes in the black. Wall Street edges up, with the S&P-500 recording a +0.28% rise.

EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.077. Gold is slightly down at 2,313.7 dollars per ounce. Caution prevails in the oil market, with Light Sweet Crude Oil registering a slight decline of -0.08%.

The Spread puts on 2 basis points to +132 BPs, with the Italy Government Bond 10-year yield at +3.72%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt is in good shape, advancing +1.4%, London stands out, progressing +1.22%, and a positive performance for Paris, which advances by a notable +0.99%.

Piazza Affari ends the session higher, with the FTSE MIB advancing to 34,242 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, finishing +0.78% up over the previous close.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +1.05%; on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star climbs +1.31%.

Campari (+6.82%), Unicredit (+3.59%), Stmicroelectronics (+2.93%) and Amplifon (+2.58%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Ferrari has the worst performance, closing -4.73% down.

A black day for Leonardo, which sheds -4.45%.

Saipem is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.87%).

Italgas is modestly down, shedding -0.76%.

Industrie De Nora (+7.47%), Digital Value (+4.58%), Technogym (+4.48%) and LU-VE Group (+4.07%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Iren has the worst performance, closing -2.65% down.

Zignago Vetro drifts -0.79% lower.

Caltagirone totters along with a modest -0.75% decline.

A sluggish day for Tod's, which drops -0.61%.
