European bourses in good shape
(Teleborsa) - The financial markets of the Old Continent record positive end-of-day values. Fresh buying also boosts Piazza Affari, which closes on the same bullish run as the other Euroland bourses. On the US market trading is up for the S&P-500.
EUR / USD holds its position at 1.079. Gold climbs to 2,327.5 dollars per ounce, rising +1.09%. Light Sweet Crude Oil rises +0.83% to 78.76 dollars per barrel.
The Spread is at +130 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.75%.
Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt stands out, progressing +0.76%, London trades firm at 0%, and Paris records a fairly pedestrian increase of +0.46%.
In a strong day for the Milan bourse the FTSE MIB gains +0.86%, interrupting the run of three consecutive declines, which began last Tuesday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, trading +0.82% up over the previous close.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap gains marginally (+0.6%); similarly, the FTSE Italia Star trades moderately higher (+0.43%).
Amplifon (+4.98%), Intesa Sanpaolo (+2.56%), Leonardo (+2.25%) and Pirelli & C (+2.20%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.
Brunello Cucinelli has the worst performance, with a -1.12% down.
Iveco is modestly down, shedding -1.09%.
Recordati drifts -1.08% lower.
Ferrari totters along with a modest -0.68% decline.
Anima Holding (+4.34%), D'Amico (+3.19%), Ariston Holding (+2.57%) and Maire Tecnimont (+2.40%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.
Comer Industries sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.50% lower.
SOL plunges -1.74%.
A sluggish day for Ferragamo, which drops -0.68%.
El.En trades with a small loss of -0.59%.
