(Teleborsa) - Stock markets on the Old Continent witness a lively trading session, closing with fractional gains. Milan lacks the buying impetus seen elsewhere in Europe and falls behind.
EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.074. Gold is essentially stable at 2,311.7 dollars per ounce. A gloomy day for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is trading at 77.5 dollars per barrel, down -1.12%.
The Spread is broadly on the previous day's level as it settles at +131 basis points, while the Italy ten-year BTP is at +3.74%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt makes fairly pedestrian progress (+0.37%), London looks composed with modest growth of +0.45%, and Paris performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.67% rise.
