Unox, Revenue Rises to €250 Million in First Nine Months

News Image (Teleborsa) - Unox, a Padua-based company active in the design, production and sale of professional ovens and food processing systems, closes the first nine months of 2026 with revenue of €250 million, up 5% compared with the same period of 2025, and orders of €270 million (+14%). Growth covers all continents, with a particularly significant acceleration in Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania and Central and South America.

Alongside economic growth come the first concrete results of the acquisition of Roboqbo, a Bologna-based company specialized in automating food and cosmetics processes. Less than a year after the deal, according to a note, Unox presents Qbo.PRO, the evolution of the professional multifunction robot capable of preparing, mixing, cooking and cooling food within a single machine.

"The third quarter also sees Unox growing and confirms the validity of the path of continuous innovation we have undertaken - says CEO Nicola Michelon - When we acquired Roboqbo, we had a clear vision: to expand the scope of our technologies from cooking to the entire food preparation process. Today many automation technologies are designed for single operations, require complex programming and offer limited flexibility. To be truly applicable to foodservice, automation must instead combine versatility, ease of use and economic efficiency. It is on these principles that we are building our vision of the kitchen of the future: an ecosystem in which technologies work together to autonomously manage the different phases of the production process."
