Technoprobe S.p.A. is specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing electronic chip testing solutions for use in the semiconductor and microelectronics industries. The group produces electromechanical interfaces (probe cards) that test the functioning of non-memory chips and systems-on-chips (SoCs) during production, thereby ensuring the reliability of the semiconductor components in computers, smartphones, 5G systems, smart objects, home automation systems etc.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (2.2%), Europe (4.9%), Asia (46.8%) and America (46.1%).
