ABC Company S.p.A. is a permanent capital vehicle, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, which invests, directly and/or through the structuring of club deals, in Italian SMEs, with minority shareholdings, supporting entrepreneurs and management in the implementation of medium-long-term growth projects.
The company’s Business Model is structured in two interactive and, at the same time, independent areas:
- Investment Area: deals with the promotion of vehicles and financial instruments, Business Combination and direct investments, private deals, listed or listed companies;
- Advisory Area: It is responsible for providing strategic and industrial consulting services to both subsidiaries and third parties.
ABC Company S.p.A., as per the current Statute, is a Benefit Company: among the many objectives, is to actively spread the financial culture, sustainability and green economy.
