Banca Sistema S.p.A. is a banking group organized around 3 areas of activity:
- factoring services (69.4% of Net Interest Income) for institutional, government and private clients;
- banking (22.3%): primarily sales of banking products, standard and specialized banking services (including unsecured loans and asset-backed loans) for individuals and small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs);
- other (8.3%).
At the end of 2022, Banca Sistema managed EUR 3 billion of current deposits and EUR 3.5 billion of current loans.
Products and services are marketed through a network of 14 branches located in Italy.
