Sacyr is a building and public works group. Net sales (not including held for sale activity and including intragroup) break down by activity as follows:
- infrastructure and building construction (43.8%): airports, roads, hotels, offices, shopping malls, etc.;
- services (28.7%): maintenance and cleaning of buildings, construction and installation of water pipeline systems and gas emission reduction systems, waste and wastewater collection and treatment, etc.;
- real estate development (16%);
- management of infrastructure under concession (5.4%);
- real estate management (6%; Testa): at the end of 2014, owned property of a total rental area of 1,334,448 m2, amounted in market value to EUR3.2 billion.
