What changes?

• Main Market (Euronext Milan):
• Significantly simplified admission process.
• The requests for additional documentation such as a detailed business plan, a memorandum on the management control system, and a full audit of the half-year report are eliminated.
  
  
• Euronext Growth Milan (EGM):
• Simplification of admission documentation, aligning it with EU Growth Prospectus standards, which are more proportionate to SMEs.
• Streamlining of the regime for reverse takeover transactions, in particular within the professional segment, thereby facilitating extraordinary transactions.
