Novamarine S.p.A. (formerly B-Shiver S.r.l.) specializes in the design, manufacture and marketing of boats and yachts. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- sale of luxury yachts and pleasure boats (90.3%): 30 boats and yachts sold in 2024;
- sale of pre-owned boats and yachts (4.2%);
- other (5.5%): including boat maintenance and servicing (Novamarine Service) and the sale of boatbuilding components.
At the end of 2024, the group has a production site in Italy.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (52.5%), European Union (24%) and other (23.5%).
