Dotstay S.p.A. is specialized in real estate management and associated services. The activity is organized around two sectors:
- real estate rental. The group also provides property owners with real estate services (namely for managing and renting real estate assets, finding and selecting tenants, etc.) and is developing its business activity into real estate brokerage;
- relocation services: activity conducted via a digital platform that enables customers (families, workers, students, etc.) to find and select housing (houses, apartments, studios, etc.) according to given criteria, and which gives them access to a personal assistant who offers them advice and guided tours of the selected housing.
