- global assistance services: managing health-, home- and car-related problems;
- telemedicine and remote assistance services: providing video advice for general and specialist physicians, offering geolocation services for doctors and pharmacies, identifying the most suitable medicines according to symptoms, etc.;
- call center management and sale of satellite systems;
- management of insurance claims on behalf of third parties: healthcare, car and travel insurance claims.
Italy accounts for 64.1% of net sales.
