Seri Industrial S.p.A. is a holding company organized around 4 areas of activities:
- production and recycling of lead-acid and lithium batteries (34.4% of net sales; FAAM): for industrial traction, storage and military applications. The group also develops a plant construction activity for the recovery of end-of-life batteries;
- production, recycling, processing and moulding of plastic materials (33,1%; Seri Plast): for the battery, automotive, packaging, hydro-thermo-sanitary, civil and shipbuilding industries;
- manufacturing of electric vehicles (22.2%): primarily electric buses under the Menarinibus brand;
- other (10.3%).
At the end of 2024, the group had 19 production sites in worldwide.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (79.1%), Europe (17.4%), Asia (1.7%), America (1.1%), Africa (0.6%) and Oceania (0.1%).
