The Index captures the performance of all other small shares outside the FTSE MIB Index and FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index which qualify after the application of the liquidity and free floats screens. Foreign companies and secondary lines are not eligible for inclusion.

Periodic review of weights
The FTSE Italia Index Series will be reviewed on a quarterly basis in March, June, September and December using market data as at the close of the last trading day in February, May, August and November respectively for all the indices.
