Borsa Italiana welcomes Ferrari

Ferrari N. V. today listed on the main market of Borsa Italiana. The listing in Milan has concluded the process of spinoff of Ferrari from its parent company FCA.

The dual listing will permit the trading of shares in the company on the US market and on the Italian market. Ferrari will be listed on the FTSEMib index.
