-       12th admission on AIM Italia in 2015

Today LU-VE Group debuts on AIM Italia, the market of Borsa Italiana dedicated to SMEs.

The company producing air conditioning systems incorporated Industrial Stars of Italy, a SPAC promoted by the investment vehicle Development Capital, which is already listed on AIM Italia.

At the moment of the admission to AIM Italia the free-float is 24,46% and Ubi Banca S.C.p.A. has been selected as Nomad of the operation.

Massimiliano Lagreca, Head of Large Caps and Investment Vehicles of Borsa Italiana, said:

“We are pleased that LU-VE has decided to access capital markets: together with Industrial Stars of Italy, the company contributes to consolidate the success of the SPAC formula. SPACs allows SMEs to debut on capital markets easily and swiftly. These vehicles are getting increasingly popular in our country, and Italy is becoming a reference point in Europe for this kind of operations”.

Barbara Lunghi, Head of Mid & Small Caps of Borsa Italiana, declared:

“Today Borsa Italiana welcomes the 12th debut of this year on AIM Italia, which includes today almost 70 companies. AIM Italia proves to be a market for ambitious small and medium companies committed to grow, also ahead of a potential move up to the main market. We are convinced that LU-VE will gain important advantages from this goal”.

Tomorrow LU-VE will become a constituent of FTSE-AIM Italia.
