First debut in 2015: Italian Wine Brands on AIM Italia

-        IWB is the first wine group listed on Borsa Italiana

-        58 companies on AIM Italia

 

Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. debuts today on AIM Italia, Borsa Italiana’s market dedicated to SMEs.

Italian Wine Brands, active in the production and distribution of wine, has been created by the merger of Giordano Vini and Provinco Italia. The merger has been promoted by the investment vehicle Ipo Challenger.
The free-float on AIM Italia is 61,2%, and UBI Banca S.C.p.A. is the Nomad of the operation.

Today, Italian Wine Brands will be included in FTSE AIM Italia.
