Borsa Italiana welcomes INWIT on the main market

-       The company raised €875.3 million at IPO

INWIT (Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane S.p.A.) debuts today on MTA, the main market of Borsa Italiana.
INWIT is part of Telecom Group and operates in the industry of infrastructures for electronic communications, focusing in particular on radio transmission devices for telecommunications and on the diffusion of TV and radio signals.
The company raised €875.3 million at IPO, with a market capitalisation of about €2.2 billion. Banca IMI acted as sponsor and responsible for the placement of the public offering. Banca IMI S.p.A, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. were global coordinators of the offering.
