FILA debuts on STAR segment of MTA

-       The company moves from MIV to the STAR segment

Today FILA, a company specialized in the production of painting, drawing, modeling and writing tools, debuts on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana.

FILA moves to MTA a few months after the merger with the spac Space, the vehicle that had brought FILA on MIV.
With the start of trading on MTA negotiations of FILA shares on MIV will stop. Equita SIM S.p.A. is Sponsor of the operation.
