60 companies on AIM Italia: DigiTouch debuts today

-       Third debut of the year on AIM Italia and 60th company listed on AIM Italia
-       The company has raised €8,9 million

Today Borsa Italiana welcomes DigiTouch, sixtieth company listed on AIM Italia, the market dedicated to SMEs.
DigiTouch Group is one of the most important independent players in the digital advertising sector in Italy. Today, the company is head of three business units: the mobile and new devices concessionaire DigiMob, the creative and media agency Performedia, the mobile big data service provider Audiens.
The company has raised €8,9 million in IPO, with a free float of 28,8% and a capitalization of €31,9 million.
EnVent has been selected as Nomad.
