Caleido debuts on AIM Italia

-       Fourth debut of 2015 on AIM Italia
-       The company has raised €1,45 million

Borsa Italiana welcomes today Caleido Group SpA on AIM Italia, the market dedicated to SMEs. Caleido Group operates in the sector of tourism and is specialized in solutions for tour operators, travel agencies and final customers.
The company raised €1,45 million at IPO, with a free float of 19.47% and a capitalization of €7,45 million.
Integrae SIM was selected as Nomad of the operation.
