-       The company has raised €12,1 million

Today Borsa Italiana welcomes Bomi Group, leader in biomedical logistics and in the management of high-tech health products. Bomi, which joined ELITE in 2012, is the second company of the program to go public on the market dedicated to SMEs after Tech-Value, which debuted on AIM in August 2014.

The company raised €12,1 million at IPO, with a free-float of 16,86% and a market capitalisation of €41,3 million. Banca Popolare di Vicenza S.C.p.A. is the Nomad.

Head of Mid & Small Caps, Borsa Italiana, declared:
“We are proud to welcome Bomi, the second ELITE company to debut on AIM Italia. ELITE is an effective instrument for European companies willing to raise capitals and grow. We wish that many other companies will start this path, as Bomi did, looking at the capital markets as a support for their development projects”.

Fabio Brigante, Primary Markets Relationship Manager of Borsa Italiana, said:
“Bomi is part of ELITE since the creation of the program in 2012. We are happy to see how the company was able to catch the diverse opportunities offered by ELITE in these years, firstly with the issuance of a mini-bond on ExtraMOT PRO and today with the debut on AIM Italia”.

Today AIM Italia, the market of Borsa Italiana dedicated to SMEs, includes 66 companies. Bomi will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia.
