Borsa Italiana welcomes Sunshine Capital Investments

Today is the first trading day for Sunshine Capital Investments on AIM Italia, Borsa Italiana’s market for mid and small caps.

Sunshine Capital Investments is an investment vehicle active in real estate, in particular on the US east coast.

The company raised € 3.2 million in its IPO, with a  post-admission free-float of 37.5% and market capitalisation of  €3.2 million.
Integrae SIM is the selected Nomad.
