Borsa Italiana welcomes Gruppo Green Power

Gruppo Green Power is the first company to list in 2014 on AIM Italia, Borsa Italiana’s market for mid and small caps, which includes 37 listed companies to date. Gruppo Green Power provides energy related services from renewable sources.

The company’s IPO raised €3.3 million, with a post-admission free-float of 10.83% and a business value at €30.6 million.
EnVent is the selected Nomad .

The company will be listed on FTSE AIM Italia.
The FTSE AIM Italia performed positively by 14.5% from the end of 2012.
