Borsa Italiana welcomes Gala

AIM Italia today welcomes, Gala, the 40^th company to list on Borsa Italiana’s market dedicated to small and mid caps.
Gala operates in the energy industry and is a leading supplier of electricity to the Public Administration  in Italy.

During the placement the company raised €24.9 million, with a free-float of 12.44% and a market capitalization of €200 million.
EnVent is the selected Nomad.

Gala will list tomorrow on FTSE AIM Italia.
From the end of 2013, FTSE AIM Italia performed +4.24%.
