Borsa Italiana welcomes Fincantieri on MTA

Fincantieri debuts today on MTA, the main market of Borsa Italiana. Fincantieri is one of the largest shipbuilding groups in the world, operating in the design and construction of complex ships with high technological capabilities, such as merchant and naval vessels, offshore and mega yachts.
Fincantieri raised €351 million at IPO, valuing the business at €1.32 billion.
Unicredit were the sponsor and Banca IMI were responsible for the placement.
Banca IMI, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UniCredit were global coordinators of the offering.
