Iacobucci and Alessandro Rosso debut on ExtraMOT PRO

Iacobucci HF Electronics and Alessandro Rosso Group are the first ELITE companies to issue bonds on ExtraMOT PRO.

Iacobucci HF Electronics, a global leader in the production of components for galleys and seats for the commercial and general aviation market, issued bonds for a value of €3,750,000. Integrae Sim is the entity responsible for the coordination and placement of the bond. The bond provides semi-annual coupon payments at an annual rate of 8%, with the possibility of early repayment.

Alessandro Rosso Group, is a market leader in the travel market, offering a diversified range of products and services ranging from team building events to incentive travel and conventions. The bonds, issued for a value of €4,000,000, expire in December 2018 and will pay a semi-annual coupon at an annual rate of 10%. It includes an option for early redemption at the initiative of the issuer or bondholders.
