Three companies debut on ExtraMOT PRO in April

-       31 issuers and 36 listed products

In April three companies debuted on ExtraMOT PRO, the market segment dedicated to professional investors for the trading of bonds, financial bills, equity instruments and project bonds.

The three new issuers are Tesmec S.p.A., IPI S.p.A and RSM Italy A&A S.r.l.

Tesmec, the design, manufacturing and technology provider for the construction, maintenance and efficiency of infrastructures issued bonds for a value of €15 million with an expiry date of 04 October 2021 and with corresponding annual coupon payments at 6% on the nominal value.

IPI, a group specialised in consulting and real estate services, issued bonds for a value of €12,3 million with an expiry date of 04 October 2021and with corresponding semi-annual coupon payments at 7% on the nominal value.

RSM Italy A&A, a member of RSM International and active in both corporate and financial auditing, accounting and tax consulting, issued bonds for a value of €1 million with an expiry date of 31 March 2019 and with corresponding quarterly coupon payments at 8% on the nominal value.
