Borsa Italiana welcomes Italia Independent on AIM Italia

Borsa Italiana today welcomes Italia Independent to AIM Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale, Borsa Italiana’s market for SMEs. Italia Independent Group S.p.A. is a leading firm for eyewear and lifestyle products, and in communication.

Italia Independent Group raised €13,650,000 giving it a market capitalisation of €57,460,000 and a post-admission free-float of 23.76 per cent. Equita SIM S.p.A. acted as the company’s Nominated Advisor (“Nomad”).
