Corporate Governance Code

Following the communication of March 3 2010, it is from now available on Borsa Italiana website the new text of article 7 of he Corporate Governance Code, approved by the Corporate Governance Committee.
Article 7 is about remuneration of directors and executives with strategic responsibilities, acknowledging recommendations issued by the EU Commission.
