New CEOs for CC&G and Monte Titoli

The Board of Cassa di Compensazione & Garanzia today appointed Paolo Cittadini as new CEO and Managing Director of the company.  
Paolo Cittadini will remain a Board member of Monte Titoli – where he acted as Managing Director since 2002 – with specific for its involvement in Target 2 Securities, the ECB project for the integration of settlement infrastructures in Europe.
The Board of Monte Titoli appointed Andrea Giochetta as new CEO and Managing Director of the company.
The new appointments will be effective starting from 15 December 2009.

Angelo Tantazzi and Massimo Capuano remain respectively Chairman and Vice Chairman of the company.

The Board of Directors of CC&G is deeply grateful to Renato Tarantola for his tireless contribution to the company during his time as CEO.
