            Giampietro Nattino, Borsa Italiana’s former Vice Chairman, Massimo Capuano and Michele Monti will be joining the Board of Directors of London Stock Exchange plc, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group plc, with effect from 1 October 2007.
