Pre-listing assessment

Listing on Borsa Italiana requires companies to start a preparation process leading to the adoption of managerial systems and practices in line with the requirements of the chosen listing market (Euronext Milan o Euronext Growth Milan) and with the best practices required by investors.

In order to facilitate the process of getting closer to the market, Borsa Italiana offers the opportunity to start a preliminary discussion on issues preparatory to listing.

Interested companies may request, also through their advisers, an assessment meeting in which to deepen the following topics: listing process, choice of the market, equity story for investors, business plan, management control system, corporate governance and price fixing in IPO.

Pre-listing assessment, which in any case does not consist in a preliminary approval of the company’s listing by Borsa Italiana, is dedicated to all those companies that, although they have not yet concretely decided to start the listing process, are evaluating its possible benefits, also with a perspective of improving their managerial systems.

Borsa Italiana, having evaluated the applications received, reserves the right to process the assessment requests by defining timing and procedures.
