Markets of the Old Continent are all positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - A rush of buy orders hits the European stock markets as Piazza Affari closes on the same positive note as the Old Continent bourses.

There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.073, is traded around previous levels. Gold is slightly up at 2,348.4 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil shows a timid gain of +0.37%.

The Spread retreats to +134 basis points, a decline of 3 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.93%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, a positive performance for Frankfurt, which advances by a notable +0.73%, a positive result for London, which inches up +0.44%, and Paris is essentially healthy, gaining +0.27%.

In a strong day for the Milan bourse the FTSE MIB gains +0.87%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, trading +0.89% up over the previous close.

FTSE Italia Mid Cap puts in a good performance (+1.06%); on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star is up +1.12%.

Prysmian (+3.20%), Banca Popolare Sondrio (+2.96%), Nexi (+2.70%) and MPS Bank (+2.47%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Moncler sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -1.24% lower.

Hera contracts moderately by -1.06%.

Stmicroelectronics is subdued, shedding -0.93%.

Ariston Holding (+5.13%), Maire Tecnimont (+3.75%), Carel Industries (+3.33%) and Industrie De Nora (+3.15%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Pharmanutra reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -1.51% down.
