In consideration of the notice sent by Morgan Stanley & Co. Int. Ltd., as intermediary requesting the admission to trading of the subjects bonds, we remind you that the such bonds are currently traded on a "cum coupon" basis, which will so remain until 12th of March 2007.
Starting from 13th March, 2007, the subject bonds will be traded on a "clean price" basis (i.e. "ex coupon") (see attached hereto the related Notice no.11297 dated 27th July, 2006).
