Who we are

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division is part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, one of the top banking groups in Europe, committed to supporting the economy in the countries where it operates, through a sustainable and responsible business approach.
We aspire to be a global partner serving Corporates, Public Finance and Financial Institutions, on a national and international basis, standing out for our historical presence on financial markets and our extensive and innovative offer.

What we do

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, as part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, takes up the challenge of a rapidly changing world and finds itself increasingly close to the Italian and international entrepreneurial fabric, thanks to a greater sensitivity to issues related to the development of responsible and sustainable business practices.

In a social and economic context that is undergoing deep changes, our approach is to place increasing emphasis on the digital dialogue between bank and company, and on a more concrete attention to the transformation of needs related to the environment.

Furthermore, we want to become a primary partner for our clients, thanks to a team of professionals who combine specific knowledge related to ESG issues with sector and product skills.
