New record of trades for ETF market
New historical record for ETFs

On January, 9th 2006 the number of trades in a single trading day on the ETF market of Borsa Italiana set the new historical record of 4.400 contracts. The corresponding turnover reached also the remarkable level of € 47.7 milion. The new record beats the past best performance that was registered on October, 6th 2005 when trades had peaked 4305 contracts.
