Lyxor expands its offer with 2 new ETFs

Starting from October 9th, will be listed the "Lyxor ETF short strategy Europe" and the "Lyxor ETF MSCI EMU"

Borsa Italiana welcomes the "Lyxor ETF SHORT STRATEGY EUROPE (ON DJ STOXX 600)" on the Open-end  Structured Funds - class 1 segment of the ETFplus market. The investment target of the new ETF is to mirror the "SGI Europe Short Strategy Index" that allows the investors to attain the  inverse  performance of the Dow Jones Stoxx 600.

The index replicates the performance of an investor attaining the negative daily performance of the Dow Jones Stoxx 600,or, in other words, short selling the index with a daily rebalance.

On October 9th will be listed also the "Lyxor ETF MSCI EMU" on the Open-end Index Funds - class 2 segment of ETFplus market. The investment target of  the new ETF  is to mirror the performance its benchmark index, the MSCI EMU index:

The MSCI EMU Index  is an equity index, calculated and published by MSCI Barra, denominated in EUR and composed by companies placed in the European monetary union. The companies comprised in the index are selected considering their free float market capitalization and their sector coverage as set by the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) methodology. The index represents the 85% of the free float market capitalization of each country and of each economic sector among the European monetary union.
